Individual Online Sessions

Refunds for individual online sessions may be requested under the following conditions:

Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for missed sessions without prior notice.

Group Online Sessions

Group sessions follow a different refund structure due to the collaborative nature of the learning experience:

Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the first scheduled group session. Partial refunds of 50 percent may be provided for cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the first session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the first session or after the first session has commenced.

Subscription Services

Monthly and annual subscription services are subject to the following refund terms:

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partial months. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Course Packages and Learning Paths

Bundled courses and personalized learning paths have specific refund conditions:

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if technical issues prevented course access, subject to verification by our support team.
